- The course curriculum was beginner friendly for someone who is making a switch from engineering to management. Personally, I believe that New York City offers a wide range of opportunities to connect with like minded people and diverse individuals with multitude of perspectives.,
- Faculty support and encouragement of student initiatives. I was fortunate enough to be able to volunteer at events that helped me connect with industry professionals. Being an international student, it can be initially challenging to find right places to be at, people to talk to but volunteering is a great way to get yourself a kickstart into understanding better, helping the community and building a better place for everyone.
- Dislikes:
- I genuinely can't find anything to dislike about my college. It offers great education, supportive faculty, and an amazing campus atmosphere. Until now, the college support has been sufficient.
Personally, being proactive on campus and building a student profile through LinkedIn, social media platforms and showing up at various events has helped me connect with like minded students and build a professional network. The university offers great support to student initiatives and help us navigate through course curriculum and university.
