They organize and evaluate teaching activities for creating and analyzing works of art and design from contemporary and past cultures. This involves using a variety of media, technology, and community resources, making connections between visual art and other disciplines, as well as assessing the learning outcomes of their students. Graduates are prepared to meet the needs of all students with an understanding of the value of diversity. They create safe and equitable learning environments in which to nurture life-long skills in problem solving, critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and constructing meaning.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Admission decisions are based upon the following:
- cumulative grade point average,
- ACT and/or SAT scores,
- strength of high school college preparatory curriculum and grade trends.
Graduation Requirements:
- Minimum 122 total credit hours and 39 upper-division credit hours
- Minimum 2.750 cumulative GPA and 2.750 major GPA

The following required documents are:
- Resume: Outline of academic achievements and/or awards, publications, relevant work, and/or volunteer experience.
- Academic records: The marks statement provided by the education board after completion of the previous academic qualifications.
- Three Letter of Recommendation: A recommendation letter should include information about the student, their connection with the person they are recommending, why they are qualified, and the specific skills they have.
- Statement of Purpose - This is an essay or any written statement written by the student while applying.
- Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores and Successful applicants typically provide a score in the 50th percentile.
- Transcripts: Official transcripts from all educational institutions students have attended.
