You will have numerous opportunities to work closely with faculty members on methodological, theoretical and applied research projects. You will also work with departments and schools throughout the university, as well as our community partners, including Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Gynecological Oncology Group.
Career Opportunities
- As a graduate, you will be prepared for pursuing a PhD degree or for direct entry into the workplace in a variety of positions, including as:
- A collaborative researcher at health research institutes, government agencies, international non-governmental organizations, pharmaceutical or health care companies
- A consultant with contract research organizations or consulting firms
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited/ government recognized university or college.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher in bachelor degree courses on a scale of 4.0
- Test scores of exams like GMAT or GRE
- Letters of recommendations
English Proficiency Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 in IBT; 8.5 minimum in Essentials; 550 minimum in PBT
- IELTS: 6.5 minimum
- PTE: 55 minimum
- Duolingo: 120 minimum
- Cambridge English: 185 minimum
