  • One thing I did not like about my university is the food! Being an international student I found the food average and had problems with the quality of food in my freshman year. After talking to a few locals as well, I understood that they too had such problems even though they were locally situated.

Course Curriculum:

Our course curriculum is really relevant and updated according to the world events. We are taught using real world examples which makes it easier to understand as we have a reference point. As of now we haven’t been given any research experience. As a sophomore I think such opportunities will open up to me!

Fees:

Tuition fee: 57,999 USD

academic: 10/10
faculty: 10/10
infrastructure: 10/10
accomodation: 8/10
placement: 9/10

  • There are very few things that I dislike about this university, but the biggest one is the availability of affordable food on campus without buying a meal plan. In my first year I did not realise this problem as I had a meal plan and I could get food very easily from the dinning halls, but after moving off campus the food has become very expensive to purchase out of pocket. So I believe that they could improve on this a little bit.

Course Curriculum:

The course for the first two years was repetitive as I had already studied that in high school. However, the course syllabus from third year onwards is very relevant and teaches us about real world topics and issues that can be used on the job. No we were not given any industrial exposure or research experience.

Fees:

The total fees is around $40,000 per year which adds up to $160,000 for a 4 year program like mine.

Course Curriculum:

I think the first two years at the Kelley School of Business prepare you really well to enter most fields in business. They give you a lot of applicable and relevant knowledge. The second two years give you a lot of knowledge specific to your interests and prepare you to enter the industry more than most other new grads are prepared.

Fees:

The university raises their fees almost every year, so as an out of state student I am currently paying around 19,000 USD for tuition per semester (38000 USD in the year). This does not include housing fees and meal plans.
