Achutha Chithimalli Review at North Dakota State University [NDSU], Fargo | Collegedunia

All about NDSU

The overall experience is good as things are well organized for the students in all aspects from education to sports and career guidance.

Course Curriculum :

The courses are updated which gave me industrial experience with the help of assignments and projects. The research experience was good which gave me the opportunity to gain knowledge about the subject.

Exams :

My GRE: verbal :130, quant: 167, AWA: 3.5. Duolingo: 125, Class minimum score: 295, Duolingo :105. SOP and 3 LOR's, Transcripts hardcopy, GRE official scores, Duolingo official scores. I did not have any interview.

Placement :

There was a career-fair which has huge number of companies visiting twice a year for hiring the students but for international students it will a challenge as work authorization needs to be sponsored.

Internship :

I got a interview opportunity but still looking for a internship (As a international student it is a big challenge).

Fees :

8886 for 9 credits which includes other fees like technology, transportation (Excluding the living expenses).

Faculty :

The student faculty ratio is of about on average: 1:20.

Campus Life :

The extracurricular activities are amazing and things like the library, Wi-Fi, sports, research labs, and sports clubs are well-organized and highly maintained. Sports and fitness are highly encouraged with a huge wellness center building.

Hostel :

The accommodation cost is very much affordable and also depends on the quality of the apartment you are choosing ranges between 225$ to 500$ for max sharing capacity 3.
