University location is good . For my course this university is better than other universities.
- The Master of Science (M.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering program at Teesside University is a postgraduate degree that focuses on developing skills and knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering.
- The program covers a range of topics such as advanced engineering design, materials and manufacturing, control engineering, energy conversion and management, and computational fluid dynamics.
- Throughout the program, students will learn how to design, analyze, and optimize mechanical systems and components, as well as how to apply engineering principles to solve real-world problems.
- The course is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to take on leadership roles in the mechanical engineering industry.
- The M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering at Teesside University is a one-year full-time program, although there is also the option to study part-time over two years.
- The program is delivered through a combination of lectures, seminars, workshops, and individual and group projects. Students will also have access to a range of industry-standard software and tools, enabling them to apply their learning in a practical context.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants need a first degree equivalent to at least a UK second class (2.2) honours degree. Acceptable engineering degree subjects include mechanical, aerospace, aeronautical, manufacturing, production and mechanical systems.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Minimum of 55% or CGPA 5.8/10 from a recognised Indian university; 50% or CGPA 5.5/10 minimum from the following universities: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Jadavpur or Kolkata University.
- Applicants must have an engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, aeronautical, manufacturing, production and mechanical systems.
Submission of IELTS scores is compulsory for this program, however, students may submit a PTE score too in lieu of that.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
