De Montfort University’s law course has been designed by legal experts to give students a solid grounding in law, whilst enabling them to tailor their learning to an area of law that interests them most with the choice of six pathways.
In this program, students will cover core modules in Constitutional and Administrative law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, and English and European Legal Systems. They will enjoy a range of delivery and assessment styles such as presentations, discursive essays and problem-solving questions to fully prepare them for subsequent years of study and the workplace.
The focus on foundational legal knowledge and skills will continue in the later stages with modules on Land Law, Law of Tort, and Equity and Trusts, also developing their functional awareness through Inter-Professional Legal Skills.
