- Cultural Diversity. You get to interact with so many people
- University Library. Its open 24 hours for the students
- Free University Bus. Mon-Fri. Saves a lot of money
Dislikes
- I wish masters was for 2 years. Would have enjoyed the student life for another year
- It doesnt have college fest or cultural fest. So it was a limited experience
- There are hardly any on-capus placements for part time. Although you can work in cafe
Campus Life
- 4 campuses all connected with Free University Bus ride. Library is A-Class amenity and it's open 24 hours for the Kingston Students. My campus was Penrhyn Road Campus. However recently they have organized all the modules on different campuses so that you can experience studying on the different campuses.
- To be honest, landing a full-time job in the field you have studied is difficult. I would really suggest having a backup plan of going back as well. if within 3 months you don't find a job after completion of the course, you can opt for a post-study work visa. But I would suggest saving the money and trying for job opportunities within your home country.

Likes
- The university provides a very peaceful environment in which to study, and the students and faculty are quite helpful.
Dislikes
- What I dislike is the University could have provided a more application based courses rather than focusing on theory.
Campus Life
- Campus life is pretty good, friendly, research facilities are quite good and modern
Accommodation
- Didnt apply for a student accomodation
Dislikes
- Lack of placement opportunities. They emphasize placement so much on their website, but only one or two students secured decent placements out of 100.
Campus Life
- Decent campus life can be expected. If you are into something, there is a high chance a group exists for it, e.g., football, improv class.
Accommodation
- Average rent in Kingston is £600 per month and take £100 on bills and £100 on groceries.
Likes
- Nice Environment: Nice and huge campus, and also outdoor spaces
- Multi-cultural: You will find people from all around the world, my class had people from Japan, China, Korea, India, Pakistan, the Middle East, and also some European countries.
- Library: I liked the library a lot, it has an enormous collection of Books.
Dislikes
- Not More Inclusive, College life here is not as you would expect in India.
- Less cultural, More study-focused.
- I shouldn't say I don't like this, but it is relatively difficult to get your degree on the first attempt.
Campus Life
- The biggest downside, if you ask me about my campus life, is that I have never seen any events or cultural activities at my university.
- Besides the sports, library, and medical facilities, PCs equipped with GPUs for doing AI and ML tasks are also available.
- The major club that was present was the students' union, and I had witnessed one Election. I had witnessed no sports, no extracurricular activities in my period.
Accommodation
- I had my relatives and friends here; that's how I got my accommodation sorted. My monthly average expense, including the rent, was about 550 pounds.
- It is hard to find accommodation here unless you have any friends or relatives who can refer you. Get the accommodation sorted before coming here. It will be extremely difficult and exhausting to find something. My house was about 10 miles away from the campus, as I was lucky some of my friends live in one part of the city and travel to the farther part for studies (about 30-40 miles).

- The location of london, it was good for everything
- The environment & the lifestyle was very nice
- Th support from the staff was very good
Dislikes
- Due to covid we could not study in college
- There were no on campus placements
- As such no more thing as they were vey supportive
Campus Life
- Campus was very nice; we had like multiple campuses in town, mainly around 10-12 campuses, which included the library, which was the best, which had many facilities such as laptop loans, book loans, sports and medical help. We also had many educational and cultural fairs for networking too, where we used to brainstorm our ideas.
Accommodation
- Off campus you can search on many apps or just be in touch with the seniors as they help you find the house. Rightmove is the best app and website that is legit; be ready to pay money to the right agent and person, as it is important you stay legal as your address goes into the database of your insurance number.

- Events for education purposes.
- Multiple societies to help students.
Dislikes
- Management is somewhat having some issues.
- Number of holidays given in term time.
- No proper feedback from the professor regarding assignments.
Campus Life
- My university has 4 campus in total
1. Penrhyn road campus for science and technology
2. Hill campus for commerce
3. Roehampton vale campus for management
4. Knight campus for arts - For the facilities, the campus has everything, including the library gym prayer rooms, et cetera. in the library also have separate rooms for a group discussion. Does canteen as well so you can sit there take a break and eat something.
- For the festivals, there are a lot of festivals and events that are Our conductor by the faculty and the university by itself and there are various cultural events organised by the cultural heads of the societies
Accommodation
- I got my accommodation through the website called “Rightmove”, it’s an online website where you can get flats, studios, houses, apartments and roommates as well.
- The monthly rent was £500 including the water, light, gas bills. It was a studio so we has separate Hall, kitchen and washroom. We had sofa, dining table, TV, washing machine.
- Of possible get into the student accommodation which your university provides cause it’s better in terms of quality.
- My accommodation was not that far from my university, it was 25 min walking distance
Likes
- Environment, Faculty, Weatherspoon.
- Multiple campuses, Students from Different Culture.
- Library, Study Laptop, Additional Benefits like LinkedIn Learning.
Dislikes
- Placement help could be enhanced.
- Smoking zone in campus should be less.
- There should be more coffee dispenser.
Campus Life
- There are four different Campuses of Kingston. The campus had a medical room, library, and sports. There were different clubs where you could sign up and showcase your diverse culture. There is a sports club where you can join in and play cricket during weekends. You will be taken to play in different places in London.
Accommodation
- University helps in getting in touch with seniors who are leaving, which is the easiest form to find an accommodation. I found my accommodation the same way. I got picked up from Heathrow airport and dropped off at my accommodation, so there was no hassle for me. There are many private accommodation near uni as well.
Likes
- The international exposure
- he course module assignments are designed in a creative way rather then open book test
- The lab facilities are exclusive and well equipped
Dislikes
- Disappointed with classes sometimes as they quite boring and not engaging
- Very poor information on sports activities
- Some of the modules seems to have repeated content
Campus Life
- My University has four campuses namely the Penryn Road Campus, Kingston Hill campus, Knight part Campus and Roehampton Vale Campus. We have dedicated infrastructure for each and every department.
- The Penryn campus has the largest library followed by all other campuses with respect to the department. There is Kingston Student Union conducting various events and festivals occasionally.
- We have Freshers week, Elevate and Campus placement fair and the career centre for future prospects.
- Sports activities are available only at the penryn road campus. But we need get some contacts to enter the sports team in kingston.
Accommodation
- I found my accommodation through the University Facebook Group for freshers. I got a message of two girls who pursue the same course. We referred a private website called Spareroom to confirm a rental accommodation.
- I recommend students to be active in the facebook group to easily connect with the fellow classmates. Luckily I stay just 10 mins away my campus.
- Many students prefer to stay in Hounslow at low rent. But its far away from London (1 and half hours travel in bus)

Likes
- Student population is quite diverse
- Location being close to London helps with socializing
- Teachers have practical approach towards teaching which is quite helpful
Dislikes
- Cost of living is quite high
- As they have multiple small campuses, it feels crowded sometimes
- Some administrative issues like admission processes were frustrating
Campus Life
- My university had 4 campuses. Pehnryn Road Campus, Kingston Hill Campus, Roehampton Vale Campus, and Knights Park Campus.
- Each campus had a library and medical services, with Pehnryn Road having the biggest library.
- There were not any major events or festivals. Only a few small social events.
- Student uni arranged social mixers.
- There were cricket and football games on the weekends
Accommodation
- I opted for student accommodation. I went through a few online platforms and Facebook. The rent was 750 pounds a month, which included all bills (electricity, water) and a gym.
- Finding accommodation fitting in my budget was quite difficult, but I eventually figured it out.
- I would suggest if a student is coming with friends, look for a flat and stay there instead of student accommodation. They are too small and very expensive.
- I lived 10 minute walking distance from the university campus

Likes
- Kingston has a strong academic reputation, particularly in the fields of business, engineering, and the arts.
- They also have a supportive learning environment in terms of career services, academic advice, etc.
- Classes are quite diverse, giving an improved learning experience.
Dislikes
- Kingston's university's global ranking is quite low, and living here is quite expensive. Also, if you stay outside, commuting is time-consuming and expensive too.
Campus Life
Kingston has a vibrant campus life with a diverse range of organisations, events and extracurricular activities. Everyone can find something they enjoy, whether it's sports, arts, or any cultural event. Student union is also very active, we had various networking events like freshers week, cultural festivals etc. They have excellent research facilities and a huge library, high-speed wifi around campus, and sports facilities like a gym, fitness classes etc.
Accommodation
I had taken up Aparto, a private student accommodation. It has quite a few options ranging from Individual Studios. Twin Ensuite, Ensuite with different price ranges.
