- I like how extensive the courses were, I believe Cranfield provides the most modules in comparison with other universities and is ranked really well in the UK.
- Dislikes:
- Not a lot of diversity, I didn’t expect there to be 80% Indians.
I chose UK because I didn’t want to learn another language. But I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it because there is a horrible shortage of work at the moment. I chose Cranfield because of the modules and because it was well-ranked. It’s a pretty serious and academic university so if anyone is looking for a social uni, Cranfield isn’t the one for you.

- I chose this University as I wanted the Thermal Power course which aligns to my area of interest in aviation engines.,
- I like the teaching research facilities and the placement opportunities with the industry. The location of the university is also in a calm place and it has a university airport for research purposes.
- Dislikes:
- The one aspect which can be improved is the high fees for the courses as it won't be affordable for everyone. Otherwise everything is good in Cranfield
My overall experience is very good as there are lots of opportunities and faculty are ready to help and are available at most of the times. Also recreation times are great in here with sports facilities and clubs.

- Coming from an engineering background, MSc in Management provided a strong foundation to launch a career in the management field. Cranfield University is renowned in the UK for this course and stood out as a top choice among employers. The course structure made me choose Cranfield University, it had well-organised and highly practical modules. A particularly attractive aspect was the study trip to Spain, where we engaged in a real project for a product's internationalisation, which was a truly amazing experience. Finally, unlike other universities, there was an opportunity to do internships as a part of the course and gain experience before graduating.,
- The course is well-structured, and the staff were exceptionally supportive. Engaging in group projects and discussions provided insights into the diverse ways people think. Further, the assignments served as a catalyst for self-learning and skill development.,
- I was pleased with the progression of my very first research work. It never felt burdensome. I enjoyed collaborating with my supervisor. Additionally, the presence of a student well-being and disability support team ensured constant support and assistance as and when required.
- Dislikes:
- Initially, the location posed some challenges, but once I formed connections and made friends, the experience became truly enjoyable. Later on, I started enjoying the calmness.
My experience at Cranfield University was wonderful. Initially, I was clueless about many opportunities in the management field due to my lack of work experience. However, by the end of the course, I had gained knowledge about all the major management concepts and areas. I also formed valuable connections in the specific area of my interest. Building friendships with people from different countries enriched my experience, and the time spent in Spain remains one of my best memories ever.
Chose Cranfield since it offered an internship program after the end of the taught program and the fact that the Masters dissertation had to be based on the internship learning.
I chose Cranfield due to its industry connections, reputation in the Engineering community, and practical-based learning rather than theoretical, and so far I have not been disappointed.
The primary reason I chose the university was its legacy in the field of aerospace. Being an aerospace engineer, I wanted to apply to this university whose aerospace school is 75+ years old. The research done by the university and the curriculum offered was the other main reason behind my choice. The course I have applied for a course that aims at training the students through practical courses instead of just teaching theory. The industrial linkage of the university was another reason.
