This is the rank 1 school of medicine in UK . And then it is quite ans student friendly
Course Curriculum :
Course and curriculum was great . It was slow for me since in india things go in much faster pace. But pattern of studies is different there so I didn’t get much time there as well to have fun . I was mostly studying only
Exams :
Ielts is required for English language but mine got waived off on the basis of my medical degree been done in english language
Placement :
It is good there but due to covid i changed my future plans so cant say what this degree is gonna give me. But mostly 50% people are placed in embryology labs . Rest are preparing for other exams
Internship :
Not opted for internship . I started a new different course
Events :
Campus was supercool although my course was hospital based i couldnt travel back to university everyday to have the luxuries of the university but the university was so cool. We had a private club having partied every friday and saturday . We had a private global room where we use to have evening snacks and coffee and 4 staff to help in anything in the world that we need . The library which were all digital with blankets and coffee machines . Computers to work in sofa to sleep on . Wifi support for was everywhere . There used to be meets everymonth for the indians where we sot by drink dance and eat indian food . The welcome week in start led us to have friends from around the world
Fees :
24000 pounds
Scholarship :
Yes I received 5000 pounds scholarship for which a separate interview was done
Faculty :
Faculty is so so helpful i cant tell you . I have never ever met such supportive caring professors . They talk about literally everything. Be it your studies be it any issues in personal life . They were more of friends and i loved that honestly
Hostel :
I had a private rented apartment since the hostels were too small to stay in . That was cheaper than hostel price but more headache . I enjoyed my private accomodation and was near my hospital
