I chose this college since I was able to explore so many things about the place and the value given for this course in that country and how well I can stand up for this when I finish and get into work with this valuable certificate. The education system is completely different since it’s only workshops and practicals and Theories are just not the way of teaching. Communication between the upper-level management to the students also was pretty good
Course Curriculum :
The course which I opted for was pretty okay and yes I did get an opportunity to do my internship in a company and not really guide though but still managed to do it myself with less information.
Exams :
I took up IELTS to get admission with a bad score starting from 6.5 and the name of the organization was British Council.
Placement :
Indians would hardly get an option to stay back or get sponsored by the college and get placed. Let’s say out of 100 maybe 2 might get and the rest would go back to their home country to settle down.
Internship :
University will give us the option to either choose a company or they would get placed in a company and I chose to select a company I worked as a part-timer Company name- Slumdog delivered.
Events :
The infrastructure is really good since we will have access to all the amenities. Since we have 3 branches in Edinburgh, all the students are allowed to access libraries, events, workshops, etc.
Fees :
15 lakh for 2 yr 6 months course
Scholarship :
Yes, I had received 10% overseas scholarship that is given to all the overseas students by our Napier university
Faculty :
Faculties are okay I would say since there is a lot of communication gap. The only way is by mailing and depending on the professors if they really want to take an effort to help we might have a bit of discrimination but there are higher authorities who really take good care of and help support us.
Hostel :
Accommodation is not by college however we do have but it’s very expensive to stay and prefer staying with friends by sharing our expenses by renting a flat or house.
