- Lulea University of Technology has four campuses in Lulea, Kiruna, Pitea and Skelleftea and is situated near the beautiful islands of the Archipelago and has a brand new culture center.
- In Lulea one can observe Northern lights Aurora Borealis from September to March.Kiruna is a town located near the center of Aurora Oval and is home to Abisko National Park and Sweden’s highest mountain Kebnekaise.
- Pitea is situated near islands and surrounded by rivers, seas and forests. It has Northern Europe’s most modern concert halls - Studio Acusticum.
- Skelleftea is situated south of Lulea and depicts the transition from urban to rural life in the subarctic region.
- All the campuses have a variety of Cafes and Restaurants nearby, Library, Sports Center, Student Counseling, and Learning Center. One can join the Student Association and participate in sports activities, use a rehearsal studio, visit the student pub, attend movie nights and other activities.

- It was relevant for my interest and within the scope of my bachelor's.,
- Subject experts and access to relevant opportunities during course related to space. The professors are knowledgeable and guest lectures are routinely conducted with experts. The university provides many opportunities for students to perform extracurricular activities and goes above and beyond to help students understand the subject.
- Dislikes:
- The space studies branch is located in Kiruna well over 5 hours away from Luleå, where the university is located. Kiruna serves as a good place for space research thanks to its proximity to ESRANGE, Estrack and IRF. But owing to its remoteness, students can tend to fell overwhelmed and detached from the main university and its activities and attraction.
Overview:
LTU provides a unique student experience that can seem surreal owing to the exotic location where it is established. Students can participate in various activities apart from the regular curriculum and have various avenues to reach out to.
