International students are eligible for a range of Bishop University scholarships to fund their studies at undergraduate and graduate level. The university is currently accepting applications for most of these scholarships. With addition to the various scholarship opportunities, Bishop University also offers a number of entrance awards, grants, bursaries, and financial aid. Every year, 62% of the students receive some form of financial support. The amount for all of these awards are covered through donations received by students, alumni, staff, donors, corporations, etc. This year a total of 7 million CAD will be distributed to eligible undergraduate and graduate students as financial support.

Bishop University Scholarships: Undergraduate Requirements

The most popular scholarships for undergraduate programs at Bishop University are Competitive Scholarship and the Chancellor's Excellence Scholarship. An award between 500 to 20,000 CAD is awarded with Competitive scholarships while an annual award worth 10,000 CAD is awarded with Chancellor's Excellence Scholarship. All applicants are advised to submit the online application for admission to be considered for scholarships. However, a separate application is required for the Chancellor's Excellence Scholarship.

Bishop University Scholarships: Graduate Requirements

For pursuing a master's degree at Bishop University, international students can make themselves eligible for 3 scholarship programs including entrance scholarship, Vanier Canada Graduate scholarship and Arbour Foundation Scholarship. Those seeking doctoral degrees may get a research based fellowship with strong academic background and work experience.
