The procedure for getting Gujarat University transcript is as follows.

  • Prepare transcripts (mark sheets) according to the format suggested by the university. Verify each and every detail.
  • Visit your college with transcripts and pay the required fees. The fee is around INR 500. Get your transcripts certified by the university.
  • Visit the website of Gujrat University and apply for transcripts. Make the required payment. You need to have your student reference number, university name, and address while applying.
  • Fill out the transcript form. Upload all mark sheets and other required documents.
  • Get a printout of the application, and visit the university to submit the documents within 5 days of applying.

Gujarath University usually takes around 30-45 days to issue the transcripts. You can also get the soft copies via email.

To get a transcript from Gujarat University, you need to follow some simple steps. Which are as follows.

  • Contact your college's administration office & ask them for a transcript form, which is generally available online.
  • Fill the form and carry it as a hard copy along with original documents such as mark sheets of every semester and passing certificate. Submit them safely to the student department with the fees.
  • After checking your documents you will be given the transcript on the same day in a sealed envelope with the principal's signature & college stamp.
  • Carry this transcript to Gujarat University for verification. Make sure you take a photocopy of the original transcript.
  • Go to the Admin block, here you will be charged Rs. 500 to get your transcript verified.
  • After that you will receive your receipt along with a form asking for a few details, fill it up, and submit your filled form, original transcript, and a photocopy.
  • Generally, within 10-15 days your transcript will get verified. If you want to track the process, you will need to contact them directly.

Hope this helps.
