Being part of a cohort with a wide range of prior job experience is advantageous because of the invaluable lessons that may be learned from one's peers. A new student will bring enthusiasm, energy, and fresh ideas to the table; a more seasoned student will check to make sure everything has been thought of, practice effective situation management, and disseminate knowledge gained on the job. I am not suggesting that one individual is incapable of doing each task; a smart and reflective newcomer can show remarkable situational awareness and the capacity to account for important factors.

When it comes to internships and full-time jobs, the conventional wisdom holds that recent college grads have an advantage over those with previous work experience because they are easier to mold. Similarly, companies hire for the long term and focus on finding the greatest fit student during internships and final placements.

In addition to that, there is nothing like giving more preference to work experience guys. It must have been a situation as the current year students with work ex performed well in the interview process to convert IMT Ghaziabad.
