My brother completed his PGDCM from NICMAR Pune. The placement in NICMAR Pune is really good. In comparison to other civil engineers, you will be paid slightly more. The only disadvantage is the high fee structure of the institute.

The current placement stats of NICMAR is as follows.

Placement rate 98%
Top recruiters ITC, ICICI, Principle ACS, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, etc
Average salary package 7 lakhs
Highest salary package 14 lakhs

I recommend that you acquire a job and take a NICMAR part-time or distance course. You will be given the name NICMAR and will have to spend less money. In addition, you will not lose your two-year income or experience. So, it's best to get a job first and then enroll in NICMAR.

According to the reviews online, NICMAR is famous for construction management in Hyderabad. It offers one-year programs and two-year full-time programs.

The choice of the course depends on you considering the various factors like course curriculum, risk capacity in terms of return on investment, and fee. The following can be considered.

  • One-year courses include PGP HSEM, PGP QSCM, and PGP MFOCB.
  • These are suitable for health and safety profiles or the billing and quality surveyor jobs.
  • Two-year courses include PGP ACM, PGP PEM, PGP REUIM, PGP IFDM, and PGP CSCDM.
  • These courses offer different job profiles when compared with the one-year program.

Overall, the institute offers decent placements with a 99.2% placement record in all the programs. Therefore, it is suggested that you choose according to your needs and career goal.
