Which is better, IILM or NIET?
For technical courses, NIET is the best option in the region. It has an excellent engineering faculty. It has a decent placement record as well. Over the last few years, the institute has maintained a record 100% placement rate. Leading companies such as Intel, HCL, Google, etc. recruit through NIET placements. The highest CTC offered is around INR 44 LPA.
Which is better: NIET Noida or BBDNITM Lko?
NIET Noida is one of India’s leading private academic institutions that offers a total of 25 courses across Engineering, Pharmacy, Management and Computer Applications. All degree courses are offered in affiliation to APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University and has been ranked as the number 1 private engineering college in Greater Noida by Data Quest in 2020.
BBDNITM is a private institution based in Lucknow that offers 22 undergraduate and graduate programs across 4 streams in Management, IT, Engineering and Medicine & Health Sciences.

Some of the top companies that offer placements are Infosys, Genpact, Accenture, and cognizant. BBDNITM observes a placement rate of 70% with companies like HDFC Life, Airtel, Sapient, and Wipro offering recruitments.

Is it good to get admission in NIET for an MBA?
NIET, Greater Noida is mainly known for its Engineering courses and has very recently started an MBA course as well. MBA courses need a different approach in terms of academics. An MBA or PGDM course needs to advance with several case studies to analyze a particular situation and what could possibly be the reasonable outcome for the same.
One of my cousins, since he studied in NIET, has briefed me about his experience. There are several reasons why you may not want to take admission in NIET, Greater Noida.
- NIET, Greater Noida is not supposedly going to supply you with various good case studies. In fact, there hadn’t been much at all.
- Sadly, their primary goal is to only provide you the very basic knowledge and help you further to obtain a degree.
- Additionally, there are not many companies that actually visit the campus for placement offers. Before asking the management, you can run a check by asking the students who passed out from NIET.
- The infrastructure of the college is not quite the best and there has been no record of extracurricular activities. While to say, extracurricular activities are nonetheless one major part of any MBA course structure.

What is the eligibility criteria to take admission in NIET, Greater Noida? Is their any direct admission based on class 12th marks?
Yes, Amity, NIET, Galgotia, and other colleges may admit the students based on their 12th percentage only if you have a percentage of 75 or above.
Instead of this, you can also apply for management quota admission to some of the higher-ranked universities. By making a donation, you can get admission to the top colleges such as VIT, SRM, or any private college in the south, as well as colleges in Pune and overall.
Alternatively, you must appear in UPSEE and obtain a good score and a good rank in order to be considered for a seat in one of AKTU’s good colleges.
NIET requires students who have a rank from 1-30 thousand or the students can apply for direct admission based on their 12th percentage.
Does NIET has in-campus hostel?
One of my friends studies at NIET andaccording to him, NIET Noida has its in-campus hostels, each for males and females. The types of rooms available for both males and females with their respective charges are below.

The above charges are aggregate of room rent, mess (advance), medicals, and security deposits of INR 5,000 each (refundable).
It is not worth spending pennies for the in-campus hostel. The mess meals are somehow tolerable. So, if you are going ahead with the hostel, do give it a second thought and search for accommodation outside the hostel. The accommodation facilities are plenty. You can easily find one.
Which is better for CSE, ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida or NIET?
For CSE, NIET will be the better choice, among these. It has a brilliant CSE faculty. The professors have years of experience in their respective fields. For CSE, NIET placement has been great over the last few years. The average CTC for the branch is INR 3 LPA. Highest CTC goes up to INR 9 LPA. Students are recruited as Data Analysts, Data Managers, Data Scientists, and other similar positions.
Which is better: NIET OR DR. KN MODI?
Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, as well as Dr. KN Modi University, are both excellent universities to pursue Engineering and other courses. NIET is located in Noida whereas DKNMU is located in Rajasthan. They vary on many factors and admission depends largely on test scores of centralized entrance exams like JEE, XAT, CAT, NEET, etc.

- DKNMU, on the other hand, has a smaller campus with a hostel building, cafe, and auditorium for student’s recreation.
Placements:
- NIET Noida had the record of providing on-campus placements to 50% of graduating students mostly around Delhi, NCR. The highest salary package was for 8 LPA and the average was for 3 LPA.
- At DKNMU, the placement cell is very active in terms that almost 40% of students get placed through campus recruitment in one of the best companies including Infosys, IBM, Accenture, Nestle, Wipro, etc.
Since most data related to DKNMU is not available on the official websites, students can look towards the bio and profile of alumni to get an idea of the institute and placement opportunities. DKNMU is relatively easy to get into as compared to NIET Noida. However, it is important that prospective students conduct on-ground research by themselves to see the real condition.
Which is better: NIET or Graphic Era University?
NIET and GEU are one of the top universities in India to pursue Engineering and other fields like management and law. NIET is located in Noida whereas GEU is located in Dehradun. Apart from the fundamental differences in ranking and placements, students should also go for a more detailed search before choosing their institute.

- NIET has been ranked at the first position in Greater Noida and 6th best in North India for its engineering faculty by the Times of India.
- GEU has been ranked as the top private university in Uttrakhand and 8th of the best private institutes in India by Dainik Bhaskar.
Campus:
- NIET has a 14-acre campus with a hostel building including a central library and gymnasium. It also provides on-campus bus services for students to travel back and forth.
- GEU, on the other hand, has a hostel building and a magnificent library. It also provides conference halls with audio-visual facilities as well as guest houses on the campus.
Placements:
- NIET Noida had the record of providing on-campus placements to 50% of graduating students mostly around Delhi, NCR. The highest salary package was for 8 LPA and the average was for 3 LPA.
- GEU also provides numerous placements opportunities with high packages for both engineering and management students. Over 2400 students were offered placements from more than 200 campus recruiters. The highest package was 16 LPA while the average package rate was at 3 LPA. The top recruiters included Adobe, IBM, TCS, Wipro, HSBC and Zee News.
According to popular reviews, NIET is better in terms of education standards and ranking. The job offers here are mainly offered in Delhi NCR area. GEU has better campus facilities and better placement rates. It entirely depends on the student what kind of college and life ahead are they looking for. Their financial status, JEE ranking, and comfortable area of residence are important while considering the appropriate college to choose.
Can I pay my hostel fees in installments in NIET?
NIET does not offer any facility to pay the hostel fee in installments. The students can however pay some amount as booking amount. But the administration may say that they will not allow you to give semester exams and inhibit giving admit cards. So you need to pay the rest amount before the semester exam. The team may also impose a late submission fee.
I have a few friends who recently graduated from NIET. According to them, choose the hostel if you are in your first year. Otherwise, you can also live in any PG or Flat nearby as per your convenience.
