New Delhi: Translation Health Services and Technology Institute has begun the registration process for admission to its full-time PhD program for the academic session 2023-24. All the Interested candidates can apply for admission through the university's official website i.e, thsti.res.in/. Candidates must note that the application window for THSTI PhD Admission 2023 will close on May 27, 2023.

Applicants are advised to visit the official website of THSTI before the application deadline. To apply for THSTI Admission 2023 into PhD programs, interested candidates must hold a Master’s Degree with 55% in the relevant field from a UGC-recognised university.

To apply for the THSTI PhD Program 2023, candidates must obtain qualifying marks in the entrance examination conducted by the institute. Shortlisted students are further called for a personal interview round.

THSTI PhD Admission Process 2023: Eligibility & Selection Criteria

To get in the PhD program offered at THSTI, interested candidates needs to follow the eligibility criteria tabulated below:

Ph.D. in Biomedical Research Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in any branch of biomedical/ life science including veterinary science, public health, pharmaceutical sciences, bioinformatics, chemistry, computer science or mathematics from any recognized University or Institute with at least 55% marks in aggregate. Candidates holding B.Tech degree in Biotechnology from a recognized university with at least 55% marks in aggregate are also eligible to apply for Group A. Maximum age limit is 28 years. The upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years for the reserved category students. UGC-NET/JRF/CSIR + PI
Ph.D. in Clinical Research Candidates must hold a MBBS / MDS / MPH degree from any recognized University or Institute with at least 55% marks in aggregate. Candidates holding a BE or B.Tech degree in computer science/ biotechnology/ biomedical engineering/ mechanical/ electronics/ electrical engineering or B.Pharm or Post Graduate in any discipline of life science, pharmacy, medical chemistry, chemistry, physics, mathematics or bioinformatics from any recognized university or Institute with at least 55% marks in aggregate with a valid GPAT/ GATE score. Maximum age limit is 28 years. Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years for reserved category candidates. UGC-NET/JRF/CSIR/GPAT/GATE + PI
  • Group A: Candidates shortlisted for Group A will be directly called for the interview round.
  • Group B: Candidates shortlisted for Group B will have to appear for a written examination. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview round.
  • Final selection will be made on the basis of applicant’s performance in the interview round and the list of selected candidates will be published on the THSTI website.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can follow the below-mentioned steps to apply online for THSTI PhD Admission 2023 registration process: Step 1: Register yourself through the official website of THSTI @thsti.res.in/.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Academics’ link then click on the ‘Admission’ link.

Step 3: Fill out the necessary details like educational qualification, personal details and complete the application form.

Step 4: Submit the scanned copy of documents such as photograph, signature along with other supporting documents.

Step 5: Pay the application fee of INR 236 through debit card / credit card / Net banking / UPI / PAYTM.

Step 6: After the payment of the application fee, click on “Submit”

Step 7: Take a print out of the application form for your records.
