New Delhi: PGIMER Chandigarh is inviting applications for admission to its Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management (PGDPHM) program for the academic session 2023-24. Aspiring candidates can apply on the official website at pgimer.edu.in 

As per PGIMER Chandigarh, candidates can apply for admission to PGDPHM program by submitting their online application form with payment of INR 1500 application fee on the official website. The last date to apply for eligible candidates is May 15, 2023. 

To be eligible for PGIMER Chandigarh PGDPHM Admission 2023, applicants must have a 5-year MBBS degree with a 3-year of experience as a General Duty Medical Officer in the state health services. Selection will be based on merit scored in the entrance test.

PGIMER Chandigarh PGDPHM Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission to PGDPHM Program in PGIMER Chandigarh, candidates must fulfil the following eligibility criteria: 

  • Applicants should possess an MBBS degree with three years of experience as a General Duty Medical Officer.
  • The degree should be awarded in the state Government Health Services on or before June 30, 2023.
  • Applicants must be registered with Central /State Medical Registration Council (if applicable).

PGIMER Chandigarh PGDPHM Admission 2023: Selection Process

As per admission criteria, the seats will be allocated to selected candidates keeping in mind their performance in the entrance examination as well as the personal interview. The selection process followed by the authorities for admission into PGDPHM is as follows: 

  • Candidates are selected based on performance in the computer-based entrance examination conducted by the institute. 
  • Merit lists will be published after the declaration of results. Candidates scoring 55% and above marks will be eligible to appear for counselling.
  • Final seats will be allocated to eligible candidates based on the personal interview round conducted by the Counselling Committee.

Step 5: Pay the application fee of INR 1500 through debit, credit or online means and submit the form.
