SVKMs NMIMS has released the NMIMS PI and Shortlist based on NMAT scores for NMIMS MBA admissions. Five NMIMS campuses are offering 1740 MBA seats in various specializations.

New Delhi: SVKMs NMIMS has issued admission details for all NMAT qualified candidates for offering MBA admissions for 1740 MBA seats at five NMIMS campuses in various specialisations. The MBA admission process involves two main steps: NMAT by GMAC registration and NMIMS registration using the NMAT registration number.

SVKMs NMIMS NMAT is also used for admissions to over 45 MBA colleges in India. NMIMS has released the NMIMS PI shortlist that considers sectional and total scores in the NMAT entrance exam. NMIMS final admission is determined by overall performance in NMAT, personal interview, WAT, psychometric test, work experience, and academic records.

NMIMS MBA Admission 2024: Written Test 

The Written Ability Test is essential for the NMAT selection process, evaluating candidates' writing and communication skills. In this test, candidates are assigned a topic to write a brief essay within 15-20 minutes. They will be selected based on Grammar Skills, Language Skills, Vocabulary, Writing Ability, Expression, Ability to express thoughts clearly.

Ques. What is the selection criteria for NMIMS 2023?

Ans. The selection for NMIMS 2023 is based on NMAT 2023 sectional score, NMAT 2023 total score, Personal Interview, Written Ability Test, Psychometric Test, Work Experience, and Past academic records. After the PI round, the candidates must appear for the written test. After the Group Discussion round in the NMAT selection process, candidates must appear in a Personal Interview round with a panel of three to four interviewers. The interview will include questions on management, current affairs, and global events. The students will be selected based on personality, communication skills, confidence, and past academic records. SVKMs NMIMS announces the NMIMS PI shortlist, considering candidates' scores in NMAT by GMAC. Call letters are then issued to shortlisted candidates for the personal interview rounds.

Ques. What is the minimum subject preferences that a candidate can select?

Ans. A candidate can select a minimum of 5 programme preferences. 

Ques. What are the essential documents for NMAT selection?

Ans. The candidates are required to carry the below-mentioned documents on the day of admission:

  • NMAT 2023 result
  • NMAT 2023 admit card
  • Birth certificate
  • Address proof/ domicile certificate
  • Six recent passport-size photographs
  • Photocopies of all the academic certificates, such like- Class 10th, 12th, degree certificate/graduation mark sheet
  • Identity proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, License, Passport)
