At the Smart India Hackathon, NMIMS Indore students once again made a name for themselves by finishing among the top 5 teams.

New Delhi: A team from NMIMS Indore placed among the top five teams at the Smart India Hackathon. Students in their third year, Agyeya Jha, Kanishka Lohar, Anshi Jain, Harsh Jain, Jahnavi Plaiwal, and Anirudha Mahajan, presented "CYBERARK: DEFENSIVE ARC OF CYBER WORLD".

Students are encouraged to develop their technological inventiveness and problem-solving skills as part of the Smart India Hackathon. The contest had multiple rounds, beginning with a college-level screening, moving on to a national competition, and concluding with a championship match.

CYBER ARC - DEFENSIVE ARC OF CYBER WORLD teaches students about good cyber hygiene. You may set parental controls, get daily phone usage reports, get alerts for spam messages, use antivirus software to protect your phone and computer, and spot email phishing attacks.

The idea offers several features, including a subscription-based revenue model, security advice services based on social media tracking, and an animated theme based on interactive short movies.

NMIMS Indore is pleased to have been able to offer essential assistance as their student team handled the difficulties of the Smart India Hackathon. The team overcame many challenges to win the first two rounds of the competition by deciding on a problem statement and creating an appealing and financially sound prototype. They completed the impact assessment, refined their prototype, validated its effectiveness, and then prepared a presentation for future scalability.
