The BT Best B-Schools & HR Summit was hosted on June 23, 2023, with Union Minister of State Rajeev Chandrashekhar serving as the keynote speaker.Along with him, numerous business executives and distinguished academicians discussed the new breed of B-Schools in India.

IM Ahmedabad Director Prof Bharat Bhasker IIM Calcutta's Prof Bhaskar Chakrabarti And Other Dignitaries On The Relevance Of B Schools In Age Of AI BT Best B Schools And HR Summit Prof. Bharat Bhasker, director of IIM Ahmedabad, discussed the application of AI to education.

He questioned, "Are MBA Exams still relevant given that Open AI and ChatGPT can pass the examinations?" in a conversation with Sourav Majumdar, Editor of Business Today. Prof. Bhaskar Chakrabarti, Dean-Academics, IIM Calcutta, responded when asked about the importance of B-Schools in the age of AI and online learning, "When it comes to education, where we are trying to include some of these edurechs, we need to start rethinking it".

The dean of SPJIMR, Dr. Varun Nagraj, discussed how AI may transform management education by stating, "The entire evaluation process can be changed. AI can serve as your personal guru much more effectively than any professor can. The MDI Gurgaon's acting director, Prof. Sangeeta S. Bhardwaj, spoke about how her organisation has already adopted AI tools.

We must incorporate AI into our curriculum, she continued. "Data analytics courses are already present, but if we step over the line, we also need to integrate leadership and ethics in AI." BT Editor Sourav Majumdar questioned Fr. S George on behalf of XLRI Jamshedpur. " How are you preparing the students for the new-age skill gap brought on by the advent of technology, both from the viewpoint of employers and the students?"

"We have already begun employing AI, and we intend to do the same for the admissions procedure. Prof. Bharat Bhasker of IIMA questioned, "Why don't the Indian B-Schools rank higher in terms of the global pecking order?" He claimed that our B-Schools have not given internationalisation their primary attention for a long time. Author Ashwin Sanghi discussed the art and science of an MBA with Business Today's Technology Editor Aayush Ailwadi in another session.

He continued, "I have been using ChatGPT to get some quick facts about my book." He also discussed employing cutting-edge technology, including AI and its generative tool ChatGPT.
