DBATU Advanced Diploma in Water Quality Management Admission 2023 Open; Apply till September 29

New Delhi: The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University's Department of Chemical Engineering has begun the online applications for the Advanced Diploma in Water Quality Management program for the academic session 2023-24. Those interested can submit their applications through the official portal, dbatu.ac.in, until September 29, 2023. 

As per DBATU, this is the twenty-fifth batch of the Institute-Industry Collaborative Advanced Diploma program, spanning one year and focusing on Water Quality Management. A total of 30 students will be admitted to the program based on an inter-se merit selection process following the University's stipulated guidelines.

It should be noted that the submission deadline without incurring a late fee is September 16, 2023. However, if needed, applicants have the option to submit their applications with a late fee of INR 500/- until September 25, 2023. The date of admission has been finalized for September 29, 2023.

DBATU Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria 

The eligibility criteria for admission to the advance diploma program will be as follows: 

• Industry Sponsored Candidates with 3 (minimum 2 years of work experience in water and water treatment field)
• Candidates must have pursued Diploma in Chemical / Petrochemical / Plastic & Polymer /Environmental / Mechanical, Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil Engineering.
• Or candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with Chemistry as the main subject at least up to the second year. 
• They should have a minimum 50% marks for open & 45 % marks for the reserved category at diploma or B.Sc. level.

The Diploma course can accommodate a total of thirty students, and an additional three slots are reserved for industry-sponsored candidates, exceeding the initial capacity. Admission is based on inter-se merit, following the regulations established by the University and the Government of Maharashtra.

Step 2: Once on the homepage, locate the "Latest Updates" section and click on the link titled "Registration for Advanced Diploma in Water Quality Management 2023-24." 

Step 3: You'll then be directed to a fresh login page, where you should enter the requisite information and proceed to upload the necessary documents. Remember to complete the payment of the application fee of INR 1000.

Step 4: Now, Review all the details you've provided and take a printout of the form for all future needs. 

Step 5: Finally, hit the submit button for application submission.
