New Delhi: Banaras Hindu University (BHU) remains at the forefront of cultivating student excellence through its innovative 'Finding Leader In You' (FLY) initiative. This groundbreaking program is aimed at equipping students with essential skills for professional and personal success.

In collaboration with the Competitive Mindset Institute – United States, the FLY program of BHU has successfully trained nearly 850 students since its inception. Students are empowered to develop five research-backed skills crucial for professional competitiveness and ethical leadership by focusing on practical application through a series of modules.

During the FLY Alumni Meet, Harsh Bhargava, co-founder of the Competitive Mindset Institute, commended the dedication and accomplishments of the participating students. He underscored the significance of continuous practice and self-nurturing in achieving success, emphasising the transformative potential of the program.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sudhir Kumar Jain reaffirmed BHU's commitment to the holistic development of its students, highlighting the tangible impact of initiatives like FLY. Prof. Jain applauded Mahila Mahavidyalaya for its outstanding contributions to student leadership and life skills development, expressing confidence in BHU's potential to become a beacon of leadership education.

Dean of Students, Prof. Anupam Kumar Nema, provided insights into the success of the FLY programs across various faculties, citing positive feedback from participants.
