BHU Faculty to Visit Top 500 Institutes as part of Global Faculty Program

New Delhi: The Benaras Hindu University (BHU) has launched a Global Experience Faculty Program (GEFP) for its faculty members. The program aims to offer the faculty of BHU a opportunity to spend up to a year in the top 500 global institutions to increase their global exposure

Along with this, the program will also provide the selected faculty member a consolidated fellowship of USD 3000 per month and travel expenses. It has been launched under the Institution of Eminence at BHU.

Vice-Chancellor Prof Sudhir Kumar Jain said: “We aim to ensure growth and development of our faculty members and cultivate collaborations with top-tier international institutions and have a bigger global outreach and presence of BHU”, said Prof. Jain.

BHU’s IoE Coordinator, Prof Sanjay Kumar emphasised that the Global Experience Faculty Program provides invaluable exposure to international academic practices, elevating the teaching and research prowess of BHU’s educators.
