New Delhi: The Army Institute of Law has released the AIL LET 2023 result and it can be accessed on the official website @ail.ac.in. Candidates who took the AIL LET 2023 exam can check their results available online by using their application number or login ID and password.

The counselling schedule for the five-year BA LLB program has also been announced by Army Institute of Law, Mohali, on the official website ail.ac.in. The counselling process will be conducted online and will involve the participation of the candidate and one of their parents. A Google Meet link will be sent to the registered email of the candidate on July 7, 2023. 

The AIL LET 2023 exam took place on June 24, 2023, during a single shift from 9 am to 11 am.

As per the counselling schedule, the commencement of online counseling is scheduled for July 10, 2023. Applicants in the army category must remit the fees by 3 pm on July 14, while candidates in the all-India civil category have until 3 pm on July 15, 2023, to submit their fees.

AILET 2023 Counselling: Counselling Procedure 

Earlier, the NLU Delhi released the fifth provisional merit list on June 21, 2023. Candidates who had registered for the Online Counselling and had paid the Counselling Fee by June 23 only were considered in the Provisional Merit List and Waiting List for admission to B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Programme.

The AILET 2023 counselling process is an important step for candidates seeking admission to the National Law University, NLU Delhi

  • The list of eligible candidates will be released by the authorities on December 20, 2022
  • The registration process will be conducted between December 20 - 26, 2022
  • Candidates must fill out and submit the counselling application online through their login. In order to complete the registration candidate will have to pay the registration fees of INR 30000 for (general, Kashmiri migrants, Jammu and Kashmir category)
  • Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/ OBC/EWS/ PWD need to pay the registration fees of INR 20,000
  • Once the registration is completed, the NLU authorities will be releasing the first provisional list of candidates eligible to take admission in NLU and the list if waiting candidates
  • The category-wise provisional selected list will be released only for candidates who have registered for the counselling process. 
  • Exercise your preference for NLUD programs and campuses in order of preference. Once choices are locked, they cannot be modified.
  • Based on AILET score, preferences, and seat availability, NLUD will conduct the seat allocation process in multiple rounds. 
  • Candidates will be notified about their allotted program and campus through the official website or email.
  • Accepted candidates must report to the allotted institute within the given timeframe, submit necessary documents, pay admission fees, and complete required formalities.
  • Vacancies may arise due to non-reporting or withdrawals, leading to a spot counselling round. 
  • Candidates not initially allotted a seat or on the waitlist may participate. Spot counselling details will be announced separately.

AILET 2023 Counselling: Documents Required 

The shortlisted candidates will have to submit the following documents while appearing for the counselling of AILET 2023. 

  • AILET 2023 counselling letter received from the official source
  • Copy of AILET admit card 2023
  • Self attested copy of Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates
  • Character certificate of the candidate issued by the last attended school or college
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
