The finale of The Inventors Challenge 2023, organized by AICTE in partnership with Arm® Education and STMicroelectronics. The team-based competition, held at the Engineering Institute of Technology in Noida, attracted 1,370 ideas.

AICTE Inventors Challenge 2023 Winners Announced

New Delhi: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has declared the finale of The Inventors Challenge 2023, conducted in partnership with Arm® Education and STMicroelectronics. The event took place at the Noida Engineering Institute of Technology.

This team-based challenge received 1,370 ideas aligned with the United Nations' Global Goals. Over 80 teams were furnished with developer boards from STMicroelectronics to prototype their submitted ideas

What the President said about the The Inventors Challenge 2023

Guru Ganesan, President of Arm India, conveyed the belief in the transformative potential of technology to create a better world for all. He noted that higher and further education institutions play a crucial role in fostering technology innovation within the semiconductor ecosystem. 

Ganesan mentioned the close collaboration with academic, industry, and government partners to propel technological advancements with positive impacts. He extended his congratulations to this year's winners and expressed anticipation to witness how their innovations would contribute to progress aligned with the United Nations' Global Goals.

Vivek Sharma, the Managing Director of STMicroelectronics in India, expressed his delight in conducting The Inventor's Challenge once again in collaboration with AICTE and Arm. He conveyed the belief that this initiative would contribute to enhancing innovation and laying the groundwork for valuable partnerships, ultimately enriching the local ecosystem.

The Inventors Challenge 2023 Winners Details

  • The Inventors Challenge 2023 announced 8 winning teams, each securing a prize of INR 50,000
  • The awarded ideas encompassed a diverse range, including various innovations like Satvagni - Smart Biogas Generator, Green Resources Energy based Smart Home Automation Using IOT, Low-Cost 3D Printed Prosthetic Arm for Medical Rehabilitation, Domestic Emotion Monitoring System, Design and Development of Data Acquisition and Recovery System for Sounding Rockets, Design And Development Of Wearable Device For Patients With Multiple Sclerosis Using Soft Robotics, Crop-Smart Analyzer, and Holesols.
