What students say about University College Dublin

Likes

  • The teaching was amazing, and student classroom presentations were the best way to make the class interactive.
  • In the year 2024, the market is currently hiring and is in need of more and more individuals with good skills; thus, it is fairly good.
  • Many other scholarship opportunities are also available, as merited by the university itself. No separate application necessary.
  • Research facilities are top-notch, as youd find almost all the advanced machines in the corresponding labs.
  • I live in a student accommodation, which is a little expensive, but as a student abroad, the facilities provided by the accommodation company are very good, and I really like the infrastructure and ambiance that this place has.
  • They are quite experienced, and their teaching ability helps students grasp concepts and knowledge quite quickly.
  • Again, it is one of the best places around the globe to pursue your studies, regardless of your educational and research background.

I chose particular program because I was interested in the ways in which disciplines like Philosophy and literature overlap and build each other. Plus I was very much interested in postcolonial philosophy so the school offered me modules that met my interests. The course was very interdisciplinary and I could take subjects from across various departments. The university is very student friendly and learning is very holistic. I thoroughly enjoyed my student life.
