The Common Admission Test (CAT) is a computer-based test offered by IIMs on a rotating basis each year for admission to postgraduate management programmes in India. FAQs Related to Takshzila

Q1. How/ Where do students get access to the courses of Takshzila?

Ans- The course is accessible using a browser, ideally Chrome, on any laptop or desktop that is connected to the internet. The course is now available on the Takshzila Android app. Once videos are saved/downloaded on their mobile device, the software enables offline playback.
Please keep in mind that students have no access to any video/pdf files and can only view them on the app/browser.

Q2. Will any physical CAT books or SD card/ pendrive be couriered by Takshzila?

Ans- No, there is nothing physical about the online CAT courses; it is all online. Students must include their address when paying for GST billing purposes only, not for us to courier anything to that address. However, please enter the proper state, otherwise their state may lose tax income.

Q3. How are the live online CAT courses conducted in Takshzila?

Ans- Zoom is used for live online CAT courses. In response to a previous query concerning demo classes, Takshzila also provided links to recordings of genuine live online CAT 2020 lessons..

Q4. Can I download videos from the Takshzila App? Will I get any PDFs of the content?

Ans- NO, Videos and PDFs available in the course cannot be downloaded from the Takshzila app. Students will have to access the app/browser only.

In the Android app, candidates can save videos for offline (without internet) viewing. But they cannot access the saved videos, and students can only play them in the app during the validity of the course.

Q5. Can two people share one login ID?

Ans- No, students can access the course in any one laptop (or desktop) and in any one mobile (using the mobile app) at the same time.
