This degree program has a strong focus on research and is suitable for students with a strong background in biomedicine and molecular biology. During their studies, students may focus on a variety of different research areas, among them neuroscience, immunology, genetics/genomics, and physiology. Up to six months of research abroad can be integrated into the program.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Following are the entry requirement of the program:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Medicine or in a closely related subject from the Life Sciences with a grade of at least 2.5 (good).
- Students hold a degree in Medicine (German state examination or equivalent).
- The student needs to demonstrate an adequate level of spoken and written English of at least B2 as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
