- There is no tuition fee for international students. Students have to submit the semester fee which is around 280 EUR per semester.
- MSc in Mathematics at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences is a 2-year (4 semesters) program.
- The program is taught in German and some courses are taught in English.
- It is an on-campus program offered on both a full-time and a part-time basis.
- The program starts in the winter semester/summer semester.
- The research-oriented MScMathematics is offered in three fields of study:
- Mathematics
- Interdisciplinary Mathematics
- Business Mathematics
- The following areas of research are taught in Algebra, Analysis, Geometry, and Approximation, Logic, Numerical Analysis, Optimisation, Stochastics.
- The mathematics department at TU Darmstadt has eight research groups covering many areas of of mathematics.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
Students must complete a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
Language Requirement:
- Students must pass the “Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang” (DSH-2) as evidence that student's spoken and written command of the German language is adequate for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs for which the language of instruction is German.
- Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Or, completed a 3-year UG degree from an accredited institution

Following are the required Documents:
- Resume/CV - This provides a summary of a student's experience and skills.
- Higher Secondary School Certificate - The certificate provided by the education board after completion of the Higher secondary education and list of grades and subjects in the original language, and a certified translation (certified copies).
- School Leaving Certificate – School-leaving certificate in the original language and a certified translation (certified copies) is required.
- Language Proof – Proof of students’ language skills (certified copy).
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE, etc.
