Course Curriculum
It's a good Course overall, the focus on statistics is a bit more but overall the syllabus is relevant to pursue career in Data Science. Rest I got to do internship at a company in my Masters as well.
Faculty
Ratio not sure of. The Faculty n Staff are friendly and like to help you out well. Professor Detlef Groth n Margherita Gladkaya were the ones who had a good impact in my approach towards Data Science
Campus Life
Yah you can participate in sports club, there are many to choose from each semester. Libraries are also quite n pleasant to study, there are also cafeteria n Mensa where you can grab lunch at student affordable prices
Placement
No placement students need to find jobs themselves either as TA, part time as working student and finance their living and overtime that can be converted to full time opportunities. Or you complete masters and get a job based on your profile which you develop by internships and personal projects.
Accommodation
Accomodation is difficult to find in Germany. Apply to student dorms 6 months before itself.
Exams
You need to have certain credit points for maths n cs subjects in your bachelors. Also if the bachelors is not in English, one needs to give IELTS, for me my bachelor's medium of instruction was English .
