Subject: Complaint regarding insufficient supply of water in the college 

Respected Principal, 

I, Rohan Sharma, a student of B.A. Part II, wish to draw your kind attention towards the acute shortage of water in our college premises. 

For the past few weeks, there has been insufficient water supply in the college. The water coolers and taps in various blocks remain dry for most part of the day. The washrooms are also facing acute water shortage, creating unhygienic conditions. Students are facing great difficulty, especially during the summer season. 

This problem is affecting our studies as we have to spend time searching for water instead of focusing on our classes. The situation is particularly bad on the ground floor and in the science block. 

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently. Arrangements should be made for adequate water supply, repair of dysfunctional water coolers, and regular cleaning of water tanks.
