Step 1: The squeeze technique is a behavioural method, a variation of the Masters and Johnson approach, used in sex therapy for an ejaculatory control problem.
Step 2: As the man nears climax, he or his partner squeezes the penis just below the glans until the sensation of impending orgasm subsides. Pressure is held until the urge fades and the erection may partly reduce, then stimulation resumes. Repeating this trains the man to delay ejaculation.
Step 3: This makes premature ejaculation the correct indication (option b). Erectile dysfunction (option a) is a problem of achieving an erection, not delaying climax. Retrograde and antegrade ejaculation (options c and d) concern the direction of seminal flow, not its timing, so the squeeze technique does not treat them.
