Step 1: Granulocytic sarcoma, also called chloroma or myeloblastoma, is a solid extramedullary tumour made up of myeloblasts. It is an extramedullary manifestation of acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and is most common with monocytic differentiation (M4 and M5 subtypes). The greenish tint of the tumour is due to myeloperoxidase.

Step 2: Because the cells are of myeloid lineage, they express myeloid markers. Granulocytic sarcoma is positive for myeloperoxidase, lysozyme, CD43, CD68, CD117 and CD34. So options CD43, myeloperoxidase and lysozyme are all expected to be positive.
