Step 1: Congenital uterine anomalies are assessed by imaging that shows both the uterine cavity and the external contour. The standard modalities are ultrasound (USG), hysterosalpingography (HSG) and MRI.

Step 2: HSG outlines the endometrial cavity and tubal patency, USG and especially 3D USG show the cavity and outer contour, and MRI is excellent for distinguishing septate from bicornuate uterus. These are all established tools.

Step 3: CT-guided HSG (option c) is not a recognised technique for evaluating uterine anomalies. CT carries ionising radiation, has poor soft-tissue contrast for the uterus and offers no advantage here. So the EXCEPT answer is CT-guided HSG (option c).
