- Life sciences students will learn to apply methods of scientific inquiry to study the laws and processes of living matter.
- The study of life sciences (including health sciences and psychology) helps students to understand and analyze the behaviour of the human body and those of other organisms.
- It prepares students for ethical, social, and political questions arising from the increasing ability to protect the delicate and complex ecological balance that sustains the world.

Course Curriculum:
The course curriculum is very difficult. There were many courses I could not keep up with as much as I tried. It was very hectic. I did learn a lot nonetheless. It was a life experience worth the challenge.
Fees:
The fees in my years were approximately nine thousand dollars. This is including textbooks. However, if you include costs of living this would easily double.
Course Curriculum:
It is really challenging. I feel like the University of Toronto focuses a lot on graduate school and the idea of being prestigious, so they don't care if students don't make it because then they seem more challenging.
Fees:
The fee structure is not problematic, at least not for me. I do find it unnecessarily difficult to defer payment for scholarships but it isn't a huge problem for me.
