  • Mathematics Upgrading:
    • Completion of MATH 094 (Introduction to College Mathematics I) and MATH 095 (Introduction to College Mathematics II) with a grade of C or higher in both courses.
    • Alternatively, completion of MATH 096 (Foundations of Mathematics) or MATH 110 (Applied College Mathematics) with a grade of C or higher.
  • English Upgrading:
    • Completion of CMNS 099 (Communications Foundations) or ENGL 099 (English Foundations) with a grade of C or better.
    • Alternatively, completion of ENGL 081 (English Skills 1) or ENGL 091 (English Skills 2) with a grade of C+ or better, or ESL WG84 (Writing and Grammar for ESL Students) with a grade of C+ or better.

The tution fee for the Diploma in Practical Nursing program at the University of the Fraser Valley is calculated based on a fee-per-credit basis.  The tuition and fees for the 2023-24 session is CAD 219.49. Besides this, students are also required to pay the student union & society fees and health & dental plan fee?.
