I chose to attend the University of Regina mainly because it is close to home. They also offer an excellent education program so I felt the need to take advantage of that. I have many family members who have attended the University of Regina at some point in their academic careers so that really helped drive my decision.
Course Curriculum :
I think it is great. I love having the opportunity to work in a holistic learning environment and learning from top tier professors. Most of the learning takes place outside of the classroom so it certainly isn't like the traditional university class environment.
Internship :
Yes, each semester I have taken part in pre-internships in the education program which is very beneficial to my learning because I am learning by experience. This not only gives me workplace experience, but it also gives me a reason to love my school.
Fees :
The overall expensive include, transportation (transit card included with tuition), dental and health benefits, access to fitness facilities, etc.
Examination Structure :
The exam structure is very simple. Throughout the course, we take part in large projects which are responsible for the majority of our grade. This is less stressful than taking written exams and it also produces the same result.
Faculty :
My professors are excellent and extremely qualified. All of the faculty (that I have met so far) are wonderful! Every single day I can come into class and expect to see a smile and welcoming vibe.
