Average rental for single person is 800-1000 Cad. Bus pass is 40 dollars for semester.

It was local. I didn't have to travel in order to upgrade my courses was the main appeal. Plus I already knew a lot of the staff and students at the college which was appealing. There are not a lot of choices in my area.
