When you study at the Queensland College of Art and Design (QCA&D) at Griffith, you join a thriving community of designers, artists, animators, photographers, and filmmakers, who are pushing industry boundaries. Work on projects for real clients through our LiveWorm and LiveSpace work-integrated learning programs. Take up exciting work placements with organizations such as Business South Bank to build your portfolio and cultivate important industry contacts and networks.

You’ll also have opportunities for collaboration with Griffith Film School filmmakers, games designers and animators, and musicians from Griffith University’s Queensland Conservatorium. Study design in unique studio spaces at QCAD. The 3D printing and laser cutting labs, microelectronics workshops, flexible workspaces, and custom-built design studios allow you to take your concepts from design to prototype under one roof.
