Topics include:?instructional design, technology administration and service, technology leadership, technology issues and planning, assistive technologies; applying universal design; developing techniques for distance education; professional development for the adult learner and developing materials for online learning environments.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicant must have a bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education
- Official transcripts must be evaluated by a ECE, WES, Scholarlo member agency
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required on a scale of 4.0
- Working knowledge of personal computer usage and application is required
- Experience with technology in classrom is desirable but not mandatory
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 in iBT;
- IELTS: minimum score of 6.5
- PTE: minimum score of 56
- Duolingo: minimum score of 105
