  • Dislikes:
  • Limited number of courses than other universities. And heavy competition for the courses to choose from. Slightly expensive room rent for accommodation.

Course Curriculum:

Course curriculum is extremely good and heavy in work load. We were given exposure to practical application by making projects as part of the course work. People interested in research options can pursue thesis too.

Fees:

Tution fee is around 35,000 dollars for 31 credits.

  • Dislikes:
  • As they have given too many admissions getting to choose one like has been really difficult, finding part time is really difficult. I don't know why they hesitate to give offer letter."

Course Curriculum:

I like the course curriculum, It has the conventional System courses which covers the core of computer science and also I had taken a course which dealt with ChatGPT and how I can use it make a project and involving prompt engineering. I guess this will answer the relevancy of course work. Obviously there are professors who teaches the same stuff every year but wherever you go you will some.

Fees:

For 31 credits it will be around $35000 Living expense may be around $900 to $1300 per month

  • Dislikes:
  • The only thing I dislike about my university is their assumptions regarding us knowing many things. Some professors tend to skip some foundational things by saying that they assume that we have already learnt this stuff in our bachelor's and hence we know it. But this is not true. All the students tend to come from diverse colleges with a diverse curriculum.,
  • So, assuming that we know some topics beforehand and skipping them proves to be a hindrance while studying some advanced topics in the course. So here, self-studying plays a pivotal role because students must self-study many essential topics before jumping to the advanced things taught in the class. Apart from this, there is severe competition for everything here, ranging from course selections to on-campus jobs and housing selection. This can be stressful at times. So, apart from these two things, there is nothing that I dislike about my university.

Course Curriculum:

The course syllabus is updated regularly. They consider state-of-the-art innovation and ensure students are updated with the latest innovations. Research experience is also excellent here, but it's only meant for those who are really into it because it can prove heavy.

Fees:

For Fall 2023 intake students, tuition cost is $1200 per credit and one needs 31 credits to obtain masters degree.

Course Curriculum:

The course curriculum is the updated one. Assignments are tough. Conceptual learning is stressed via assignments, projects, etc. The independent study option allows you to work on research projects and industrial projects under a professor.

Fees:

It depends on the credits. For masters 31 credits are compulsory and every credit costs around $964 apart from the other fees like health insurance, transportation, etc. Every semester all credits taken above 12 aren't charged. Approximately the tuition fee is around $40000 for two years.

The courses are really well arranged. A lot of interesting projects going on in the departments and one could work on an independent study under the professor of their interest.

Fees:
