Our graduates are teachers and historians, and history is a particularly appropriate major for students bound for law or medical school. Also, history majors appear in every business field. Outstanding student research papers are published in the journal Passports, and Phi Alpha Theta, the history honor society, sponsors academic and social activities for students. At the graduate level, our primary fields of study are American history, European history, and world history.
