Bethel's theatre department puts on four major productions a year, utilizing multiple configurations (thrust, arena, proscenium) to give students maximum exposure and experience performing. These productions consist of a wide range of periods and genres meant to help musical theatre students broaden their skill sets and build their resume. For the same reason, Stage Dialects, Stage Combat, and Performing Shakespeare are among the required courses for musical theatre students.?
