Dr. Ker is the Program Chair of Industrial Engineering and brings nearly 25 years of experience with a long history of working with area companies to improve and optimize processes. He has his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering. Dr. Easley has a B.S. degree in Management with a M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering. Dr. B. Hegab has both a B.S. and M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering as well as a MBA and a Doctorate in Business (finance). Dr. Cronk has a B.S. and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, providing unique skills in the area of human factors, ergonomics, project management, and engineering administration.

The Industrial Engineering Program dates back to 1955. Louisiana Tech has offered a Masters Degree in Engineering with a concentration in Industrial Engineering since 1970.

Academic Requirements:

  • Submit official transcripts of your high school and secondary school that you have completed
  • Official transcripts should contain English translation if not originally in English
  • Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or equivalent
  • Applicants should submit SAT/ACT scores and those not submitting the scores will have to take Maths placement exam in the University
  • Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
