The Ph.D. program involves rigorous preparation in psychological foundations, research methods/statistical analysis, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and successful completion and defense of a dissertation involving original research.
The program generally requires three to four years of full-time study post-baccalaureate. The actual amount of time needed varies depending on student prior preparation (a limited amount of credit may be requested for prior graduate work) and progress in the program. All students accepted into the program receive a graduate assistantship with a stipend.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicant must have completed a bachelors degree and masters degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education with English translation
- Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the last 60 hours attempted
- Submit three letters of recommendation from individuals qualified to assess your abilities
- Submit a letter of application that describes your research qualities and professional goals
- Submit GRE scores for admission consideration
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 80 in iBT; minimum 550 in PBT; 8.5 in TOEFL Essentials
- IELTS: minimum score of 6.5
- Duolingo: minimum score of 105
- PTE: minimum score of 58
