Master of Science [M.S] [Dental Hygiene] From Idaho State University

Academic Requirements:

• Applicants must hold a bachelors degree in dental hygiene or related field from an accredited college or university 
• Submit official transcripts of all previous education 
• Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0
• Must have dental hygiene licnesure in good standing
• If GPA is less than 3.0 then scores of GRE (minimum 40^th percentile in Verbal) and MAT (45^th percentile) is required
• Submit two letters of recommendation from persons having knowledge of your dental hygiene clinical abilities
• Submit English Language Proficiency scores

English Langauge Proficiency:

• TOEFL: minimum 80 (minimum 20 in all subscores) in iBT; minimum 550 in PBT; minimum 213 in CBT
• IELTS: minimum 6.5 overall
