  • Students will be given individualized advisement and learning resources at the programmatic and University levels to ensure successful degree completion, preparation to sit for the NCCPA national certifying exam, so students can take their place as outstanding healthcare providers in all fields of medicine.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 and a science GPA are required to be eligible for the program.
  • Grades for prerequisite coursework must be “C” or better.
  • A minimum of 500 hours of volunteer or paid direct, hands-on patient contact hours must be documented as part of the CASPA application. 
  • Applicants also need 100 hours of shadowing a PA, physician, or NP.

Indian Student Eligibility:

  • Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
  • Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
