Primary Care Nurse Practitioners demonstrate a commitment to family-centered care and understand the relevance of the family's identified community as it relates to the delivery of care.
Classes are held on a monthly, weekend-intensive schedule.
Instruction by highly qualified faculty in an environment with state-of-the-art technology and the opportunity to complete classroom experiences in a single weekend each month make this program a must for working nurses interested in advancing their careers. After completion of 47 units (35 units of theory and 12 units of clinical practice) the graduate receives a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree as a family nurse practitioner.
